Our initial strategy sessions booked through mawaiidi.com are provided free of charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked call, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice out of respect for our team's time.
Because our services involve building highly customized digital solutions, dedicated onboarding time, and personalized technical setups for each accounting firm, the resources and labor are deployed immediately upon agreement.
Therefore, once a client has signed the service agreement with Advo Market LLC and the onboarding or setup process has commenced, all payments made are non-refundable. We do not offer "no questions asked" refunds for our custom B2B services.
Instead of financial refunds, we commit to working closely with your firm. We provide extensive support, revisions during the setup phase, and training to ensure the system meets the operational requirements agreed upon during your strategy session. If you experience technical issues, our dedicated support team will resolve them promptly.
If your service agreement includes an ongoing monthly maintenance or software subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing a 30-day written notice to our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
